Shahram Shamsaee

Shahram Shamsaee draws on over 20 years of Real Estate experience in the Middle East and the United States of America. Prior to the establishment of mSquared Shopping Centres, Shahram spent 11 years with Majid Al Futtaim Properties, one of the largest developer and operators of malls in the region. As Senior Vice President of Shopping Malls and subsequently Asset Management, he led a team of 550 people in 4 markets and managed a portfolio of over 10,000,000 sqft in the MENA region.

Shahram has extensive development, design, leasing, marketing and property management experience. He is a graduate of the prestigious AMP program at Harvard Business School.

He has served as faculty for the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) School of Professional Development and currently serves as the Middle East’s sole representative on the ICSC Board of Trustees
