Ruqayiah has been with UM J3 for the last 6 years, growing steadily into the role of Media Director for J3 AMET. She has played a key role in building localized strategies across Johnson & Johnson’s brands while driving the identification and roll-out of localized high-value audiences across the portfolio, bringing data to the forefront with relevant partners. In 2020, Ruqayiah was able to work closer than ever before with the J&J business in supporting their e-commerce amplification, driving positive ROI in an otherwise uncertain year.
