A 14-year communication veteran, Alejandro joined OMD in 2020 as the Regional Head Of Strategy . Alejandro’s responsibilities include driving the agency’s strategic thinking, developing future products and bringing to life OMD design and OMNI, OMD’s unique planning platform and process across MENA offices.
His work involves balancing brand building and performance, offering upstream strategic thinking to clients, as well as data, channel and analytics planning, leveraging OMD’s suite of business solutions. Prior to joining OMD Alejandro was the Head of Strategy at Havas Media where he managed the implementation of strategy across clients, coordinating a unified strategic approach across existing clients and new business ensuring planning consistency and synergies between media planning, creativity and digital specialties.
Some of the clients he’s handled in the past include CHANEL, Emirates Airlines and Dubai Tourism leading strategy for their respective global hubs, in the financial category he has worked on FAB overseeing social and content strategy.
